Has anyone else enjoyed having ads on their blogs?

Thought I'd try getting a little income from my blog, but I see that you're not allowed to ask people to click on the ads, so, of course, I wouldn't ask THAT !

My daughter sent me one of the few ultrasound shots she's gotten during this pregnancy that lets her see Seth's face...........she says she's not feeling too well today, so it might not be long now ! How am I going to bear not holding that baby for the next 9 months or more? Praise be to God, I know he'll get me through all of my trials. My niece who lives here told me that she found out today that she's going to have a little girl this time......in September,.......and her little 5 yr old boy is a treasure to me already. See, God knows how to fill in the gaps !

I heard from an old friend back in Oklahoma today..........she's thinking of Mike and me and praying for us. She's interesting in having me piece some quilt tops for her, and I'm considering taking her up on the offer. God does provide some unique opportunities. I need to check out what the postage situation would be like.


I hope to be able to include a little Bible inspiration on my posts soon. After all, I've finally learned that that's our purpose on this Earth..........to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, so that we can all join him someday in a place where we won't have these trials and troubles. As a matter of fact, here's one of my favorite passages, from the book of James................
