Happy Birthday, to my loved ones !

Today was a beautiful day, bordering on Fall weather, and my hubby and I spent the day outside, cleaning up on the jeep a bit. She looks pretty good this evening, after a washjob, a polishing, some "tire shine" applied to the tires and rubber trim, and a good coating of Armourall inside.

My sweet niece, Mandy, brought us Chinese food as a surprise for hubby, who had never tried it, and we spent the afternoon talking and laughing in the backyard while Christopher got a little play out of his aunt Dolly.

I got to call John at home tonight and he was grilling out on the patio, celebrating his 57th birthday with his kids and probably some grandbabies too. Perfect evening for it, even if he did have to work today. After all, these days a person is blessed to HAVE a job !

My girlfriend, Shirley, from my childhood days, is celebrating a birthday tomorrow, and it made me realize that I had forgotten that my dear Oklahoma friend, Wanda, has a birthday tomorrow too. The funny thing is that I could never forget Wanda's birthday when I lived out there, because it was the same as my best girlfriend growing up here !
So, I wish you all a very wonderful and blessed birthday. I hope to see you tomorrow, Shirley, and Wanda, I hope to talk to you on the phone sometime tomorrow or tomorrow night.
